Pepper White sent us an offer to provide an appraisal of some property we owned on Pensacola Beach. We accepted the offer and found her appraisal to be well done. We decided to sell. We selected Pepper as the realtor because of her due diligence in obtaining the listing and her knowledge of the area. I 10/10 recommend Pepper to anyone needing to buy or sell their home. I am a realtor myself but, due to the nature of our move, was unable to list our home. I knew immediately that the only other agent I wanted listing our home was Pepper. She has been incredible every step of the way during this hectic time in our lives. With all the stresses that come with a cross-country move, the one thing we didn’t worry about was the sell of our home. She navigated every step of a complicated company-paid move with ease and grace. There were so many details and things that were outside the norm of a typical real estate transaction and they didn’t phase her in slightest. We are grateful that we had an excellent agent that kept everything on track to get us to closing on schedule and without issue!
